The Artworks is a new creative entrepreneurial hub in the heart of Elephant & Castle that is looking to elevate new businesses and offer enjoyable experiences to locals, Londoners and international visitors.

Comprised of 39 brightly coloured shipping containers arranged over three floors these steel boxes are flexible. Each Container is 40ft long and 8ft wide and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 desks.

The Artworks is bringing in a good concentration of creative businesses. The ground floor units are occupied with up and coming food and drink businesses. The 1st and 2nd floors are filling up with new and interesting creative businesses from photographers, printers, sensory branding companies and artist collectives. The aim is to offer not just an office but an entire ecosystem providing a destination and an experience that is flexible, collaborative and fun.

The site is looking to fill the remaining ten units by the end of May and is offering the following creative professionals.

Designer Makers

Businesses or individuals who have a specialist craft and are looking for an open workshop space that is front facing to the public all year round. There must be a craft basis to the work that you are doing and most of the craft production should be by you rather than outsourced to commercial manufacturers. We are looking for both early stage business and more established brands.

Creative Businesses

Interested in both early stage businesses who are building their customer base and small scale established companies that are looking for a new place to work.

We offer full unit options, half unit options and desk space.

Current street food tenants include a Mauritian restaurant, Jerk Chicken, flat breads, juice bar, The Long Wave Cafe and bar social space and Six Yard box Bar European style bar.
