Prime retail space located in the heart of the Northern Quarter on Shudehill.

The space has bus stop outside and has buses stopping literally outside.

Good for small items or with promo anything is possible as we have had various pop ups there.

Across the road is Crowne Plaza Hotel which is 4 star, behind that is Holiday Inn 3 Star and than apartment hotels across road on right and together have around 800 rooms.

Shudehill bus station and metro is 2 minute walk and so is Arndale centre.
