The shop floor has a sizeable window display, which allows for a lot of natural lightihng on to the shop floor. We have a jewellery feature wall and a huge shop floor. We also have multiple rooms available so there is a separate room leading off the shop floor. The walls are white and clean in this room. There are 2 other rooms with closed door access which can be used as an office or for storage.

Ideally the space would suit a clothing, shoes or jewellery brand. Or an art gallery.

There is the opportunity to rent a rail space for clothing, a wall space for Jewellery, a shelf space, table space, a window space and a whole second room exclusively to you only. Storage is also available for stock.

The space also has a separate kitchen, and toilet.

If you need the whole space for a month. This can be arranged.

We are beautiful boutique on Holloway Road, in a great location just opposite the overground station and next to the Costa coffee. Archway station is just 5 mins walk away. The area enjoys a high footfall and has friendly neighbours.
