General Information

These units in a landmark Hackney warehouse building have been everything at some point, from a factory to a dodgy hotel to most recently a recording studio. They are now clean empty spaces for photography, videography, showroom, and pop-up event or venue use.

The three interconnecting rooms plus kitchen allow for flexibility and the variety of surfaces plus loads of natural light give them bags of character.

Good old fashioned Hackney warehouse / loft spaces in the heart of Hackney near London Fields.

Clean and white with loads of original features, we keep them sparsely furnished but have a supply of lighting, props and furniture that are available to dress them to your needs.

We have 3 interconnecting rooms (20, 21, and Vestibule) of approximately 1000 square foot in total, plus a separate 500 square foot studio (13) with a connecting door through to a second 500 square foot green room / kitchen. They can be hired together or separately.
