Marylebone is an affluent inner city area of London and is home to many high-value residential properties and business's alike. It is the location of many UK head office company locations such as House of Fraser, BHS, Marks & Spencer and AMV BBDO.
Marylebone station is the central London terminus for the Chiltern Railways route with over 450,000 passengers passing through the station each week. The station is home to retailers such as Marks & Spencer, WHSmiths & Patisserie Valerie. The station is positioned in Zone 1 and is connected by the London Underground Bakerloo line.
SPACE
The site is an internal experiential space and therefore requires no additional cover. Site Dimensions are 3 x 3m (wxd) with a height restriction of 2.5m at this venue.

SUITABLE USES
The space could be used for an experiential activity for either brand sampling or awareness. The high footfall allows brands to use the space as a perfect platform to showcase their assets.
AMENITIES
There is a 13-amp socket on site and so the campaign would need to be able to feed from this source. All cables need to be provided by the client along with any necessary adaptors. 4G wireless internet can be arranged (at a fee) should this be required. Please note that newspaper/publication/alcohol brands are not permitted to exhibit at this station.
