General Information
Kims Bistro is located in Oxted, a popular commuter town in East Surrey. The property is located 30 seconds from the Station, which is on a main line between London Bridge / Victoria, East Grinstead and Uckfield.
The property has multiple spaces available. For use during normal working hours, downstairs we have a large space of about 200sqft, with adjustable lighting, seating, tables, wifi and easy access to toilets. It has previously been used to host Comedy Clubs, seating up to 50 people. This would be ideal for a clothing retailer or perhaps even to be used as a gallery.
Outside of normal working hours, the kitchen and restaurant may also be used. This could be perfect for a Popup restaurant. Upstairs itself seats around 40.
