During the day this is a post office/coffee shop/deli which opened in Spring 2017 by Alex Goward and Laura Hamilton (TV Presenter)
During the day you can hire the conservatory. In the evenings, you can hire the whole space. Events we've already done in the conservatory have been able to fit 30 seated and 15 standing. We also do pop up clothing shops. Inside it has a Shoreditchy type feel to the décor and products.

A coffee shop/deli and post office next to one of Surrey's most prestigious estates called The Webb Estate.
Owned by Laura Hamilton (A Place in the Sun, The Jump) and her husband.
Post office and food/drinks counter. Seating area within the coffee shop as well as seating in the light and airy conservatory, decking area and lush grass garden area.
Recent complete refurb...décor wise think Shoreditch meets Surrey.
6 tables with 4 seats each in conservatory which can be rearranged to make one open space for events/shoots.
A further 4 table and seating areas in the main coffee shop.
Whole venue and/ or conservatory only are available for private hire.
