A little about this space

Boasting a street market dating back to the 1800s, speciality shops and stylish bars, North End Road is a busy street running through the middle of one of London's more affluent areas. Housed in a converted Gothic church, this immaculately decorated space has most recently been used as a gallery, but would lend itself equally as well to retail with a great storefront.

The crowd

West Kensington is attracting more and more young, successful families thanks to its slightly less pricy (than neighbouring South Kensington and Fulham) properties, decent gastropubs and mix of practical and quirky shops. Open Monday through Saturday, North End Road Market is one of London's busiest and is located a little way down the street. West Kensington and Fulham Broadway are 10 minutes' walk away.

Next door is 222 Veggie Vegan, an established favourite that has helped put North End Road on the vegan map. Popular with tourists and business travellers, the Holiday Inn Express Earl's Court is over the road. GreenBay health foods supermarket and Chelsea motorbike shop is two doors down. Porcini Pizzeria a little further down opens until late.
