General Information
A little about this space
This smart West stretch of Fulham Road is catered towards local affluent families, home to independent restaurants, traditional pubs and brands like Sweaty Betty and Emma Bridgewater. Rent this smart shop (a former womenswear boutique) for your pop-up - a great opportunity for a brand to launch their idea in front of an affluent crowd.
The crowd
Similar to the well-heeled Kings Road crowd, minus the tourists. During the school week, style-conscious yummy mummies and yoga mums stroll around with toddlers in tow, browsing the boutiques in between running errands. It's often quieter along this street in the mornings, but it picks up towards lunch and in the afternoons after the school run. Parsons Green station is a seven-minute walk away.
Meet the neighbours
Sweaty Betty and cult pilates studio, Heartcore, are a few doors down. And so is the local favourite gastropub, The Brown Cow. Directly next door to this space is a cosy brunch spot, The Hive cafe, and a currency exchange shop, and opposite is March womenswear boutique.
Home truths
Fulham Road is more of a residential area instead of your typical shopping street, but it's home to established fashion and homeware brands so it will help if your idea is the right fit.
